Pros
You get a great experience working at a smaller agency, plenty of hands-on responsibilities and it's true, you will never be bored. During my time there, the people that I worked with day-to-day were some of the brightest people I have ever met in my career and I can't thank them enough for teaching and challenging me.
Kontras
I think it's summed up in the sentence on their career page: We reward brilliant, hard working people and have a promotion/compensation scale that accelerates faster than any firm outside of Silicon Valley. We demand and thrive on a healthy amount of conflict and it is this core operating ethos of mature, professional, healthy conflict that allows us to create what other companies cannot, to produce results that keeps clients coming back month after month to help them drive more revenue. Level Interactive is for top shelf talent only. If you’re interested, we’d be thrilled to connect with you. They mention conflict, sorry "healthy" conflict, TWICE. Along with flamboyant, empty promises. There is plenty of conflict and long hours. I'm not one to shy away from hard work, but the long hours are not due to creating awesome marketing campaigns and ensuring great returns for clients, it's because you are there fixing mistakes. These mistakes unfortunately stem from the decisions of management.
