Pros

Good benefits Interesting product if you’re into running

Kontras

Lack of care for employee wellbeing or employee happiness. Although the management team say the right things, there is never any follow up action. Very bad diversity in nearly all teams, especially on the technical side. Don’t work for this company if you care about team inclusion and happiness because you will be disappointed and continually frustrated.

Pros

Awesome team and a lot of opportunity to work cross functionally and learn new skills

Kontras

Not really any cons, typical startup things like “wear a lot of hats” and it can feel like everything is urgent at times. My only issue is that there were no raises given while I worked there, even to employees who received raises exemplary performance reviews.

* Get to work on inspiring people to achieve their fitness goals and beyond * Start-up culture where you get to move fast on projects and ideas * The company value of 'Radical Candor' seems to make everyone open and honest with each other * Everyone has a voice and the senior leadership really makes sure your opinions are heard * Generally just a great culture of positivity, fitness, and honest

* It is a start up so I've definitely felt the workload from time to time but if it gets too much it's never been an issue to take time off or pump the brakes alittle bit. * As part of getting hired in the US, the company is moving me to the UK. The visa process during the pandemic has been a bit frustrating and remote work on a different continent is a challenge from time to time.
