      Product based company. Good if you are working on C++, C# (.NET)

      Can fire you anytime without even PIP. Hierarchy not good. Leads not all bad but some of them can eat up your job

      Company culture great. Given license to really affect change with the decisions you make. Heading in a good direction.

      Pros

      The support and management team are second to none. There is great spirit in the office with everyone driving to a common goal. It;s genuinely fun being here and never feels like a chore
