Was a great company, now I would not refer anyone to work at LC - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei LensCrafters: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Very much a who you know verses how hard you work and what you know. I have seen so many good people give up, leave, beat down that I would go out of my way to make sure anyone I know would not work for Luxottica. The company cares way to much about the bottome line and should you as an associate miss a month on your goals, your on an action plan. Upper management and HR work very hard on getting people out and your longitivy is only as solid as the upper management's opinion.
