Product is great, prospects love seeing it and has a good fit as to where the market is trending.

The CEO is a control freak. Targets are unattainable, 4 day work weeks are only there if you're hitting your target (no one does), and there's a 6 month probation period in the contract because their turnover is so high. Staff are always on edge as to who's getting fired next without any explanation and the CEO has no clue how to run the sales side therefore putting all the stress and pressure onto his staff. If you suggest improvements or ways to collaborate, you're met with "This is the way we've always done things' even though there are processes such as an 18 step sales sequence that does not work but you're forced to use, you're expected to have upwards of 1000 prospects in your outreach from the very beginning and to make upwards of 100 calls a day. If no one picks up, it's still somehow your fault and you're met with hostility and an assumption you aren't doing your job. The commission structure is also paid out throughout 12 months so even if you do find a way to succeed, theres no way to make any real money at this company. CEO at the end of the day does not trust his employees so expect to be micromanaged day in and day out and berated publicly in team meetings if you aren't performing. You also get no training which is funny because it's a training company at the end of the day. Everything they tell their customers when it comes to lowering attrition and training their staff doesn't even happen within their own company. Leadership is extremely poor and even if it does change, I won't recommend anyone to work for this company. Everyone who leaves is filled with anxiety and confusion as to why they even joined this company in the first place. It's an endless cycle of new sales reps every few months.
