In the beginning(2021) the environment, management was amazing. Greatest group of people I've ever worked with at an insurance company.
Kontras
Management changed and roles changed and it became a sweat shop without a raise. Manager was threatening and rude. They live on empathy for customer but employees it's unexistent. It's sad what this company has become. If you want a place to work that is work life balance and will have respect do not work here.
