-still a start-up, you have to understand that things will change at times and they will change quickly; have to be ready for that and flexible enough to go with the flow -the team is growing very quickly which isn't a con but you do have many new coworkers every month -some processes are still changing or being established but nothing that is detrimental to the employees or customer. one of the best parts of working at Lemonade is you can try something, fail, change it up, and try again. If you get impatient with this working style the startup environment might seem crazy.
