- Company offers 1 year contract with no benefits like gratuity, family visa, family insurance etc
- No increments even after 1 year. Commitment but no increment upto 5-6 months on average.
- Manager not even comes to introduce you on your first day and ask Developers to visit client location by itself which is quite embarrassing
- Never comes for visit to check whats going with their employees; are they in proper team, having proper work or not.
- No professional formalities at any stage joining, during span, leaving.
- Only 12 leaves yearly
