The culture is hard to beat! We have so many employees and I like 90%+ of them. We are encouraged to have mentors and grow. Most importantly DEI is taken seriously so marginalized groups feel comfortable and allies have opportunities to learn! We have many ERGS! 401k match is the best I’ve had.

Communication is lacking and the pay could be much better. There’s never any room to be comfortable because there’s always change.
