If you are a corporate climber (in the worst sense of the term) this is the place for you. Tell your executive team how brilliant they are because deep down they believe you are too stupid if you're not legacy, their way is the best and only way. If you can do that, you're golden!

Constant change to hide or mask issues, promotions given to favorites, backstabbing to ascend, career development for the youth unless you are a chosen one, ideas and conversation that challenge thinking are frowned upon breeding mediocrity, if your salary gets too high -your head will be on the chopping block to hit profitability without a second thought, unless you are in the protected circle.
