Poor management, poor control, employee politics. Division specific different ERP, policies and practices. Lot of time goes in consolidation. Most of the staff is not qualified and doesn't understand data requirement. Less salary. Poor appraisals. Only top managements gets good hike. Lot of work duplication. Poor finance team.
