Awesome opportunity to get to management with paid training and travel to regional meetings where you get to meet the best in the business. You can make some great money if you are good at the job. Management is so helpful and motivating you to do your best.
Kontras
Job is not a regular Monday-Friday, 9-5 work week; Have to be good with customer service to deal with all types of people. Not for the shy person.

I haven't experienced any negatives in this business thus far. No cons come to mind. Growth and development are important here. You just need to be willing to learn and grow, they will teach you everything else you need to succeed in this business.
