Pros
Probably the most significant thing I could say about this company is the level of care for what they provide is on par with the Fortune 500 customer service. When you become a client of learningtech.org you are supported by some of the best in their field. Dr. Mark Miller (CEO) is not only an incredibly intelligent and learned individual he is truly a humble soul who always considers doing the right thing for his clients as well as his employees and contractors.
Kontras
The constant changes in Federal rules and laws that almost make doing an effective job impossible if you're not "up to date" with all said changes. That was my main objection simply because the rules changed daily. This was out of the control of the company and no fault of learningtech.org. However, clients would sometimes object to those changes and would often be hesitant to provide required documentation, etc.
