Worst Part: - They guilt-tripped me every day for logging out of work even though I was done with my shift and I was always the one that logged on the earliest on my team. - My work was never appreciated... They just moved on to delegating me to the next task asap. - I experienced ableism in multiple scenarios, but I don't want to get into the details since they are all long stories. - Very unrealistic deadlines. You are given impossible deadlines and shamed for not making them. - They keep wanting you to work overtime "voluntarily" but it's not voluntary nor is it compensated or appreciated in any way. - I was there for a year and worked on 5-6 projects. Every day was a crisis, every day the team had to speed through everything, every day we weren't doing enough, every day we were expected to stay back, every day it was our fault but not the fault of poor planning.
