Favoritism among staff. Some staff take long lunch breaks with no consequences. Some Lead teachers are out of the classroom for a large amount of time each week (lesson planning is great) but also they tend to avoid being in the classroom and socialize more then they are with the children. Bathroom Breaks are often taken advantage of by staff as they spend 15-20 minutes going to bathroom.
