I love my job, We have a great company that really looks at what is best for children and teachers. Our education team is fantastic our children are excelling daily in their learning but still always have the opportunity to play and experience there classrooms. We have great benefits which is hard to find. I would recommended our school and any in the company. Our school is very unique we have incredibly long term staff. Many over 25 years my self I have been with our company for 41 years.

Work life balance is always an opportunity that could be better as in any company.

Was once a great company to work for, but now....not so much. I stay because I love the families and the teachers at my school.

Ever since the new ceo took over things have changed for the worst. Random firings of long term highly qualified corporate employees, ridiculously low pay rates for teachers which make hiring nearly impossible, and yet a hyper focus on "quality" in the centers. You can't have quality if you aren't paying a living wage to your staff. Director bonus goals are unachievable and we are being given way more responsibilities and not being properly compensated for them
