no Pros that i can say the payment got delayed for more than 4 months and I did not get it till now

we agreed on an hourly rate after the work and the project have been delivered they started to renegotiate the hourly rate and even after we decided on a new rate I did not receive the full payment and got paid only a small amount from the actual payment
