Supportive colleagues so there was a good team culture at staff level only and made good friends.

Fear mongering mindset of senior leadership who lack trust in their employees. They threatened 'we'll make you come to the office everyday if deadlines are not met' - so high school mate! Very micromanagerial and narrow minded. No support or care given to employee growth or development. My review was supposed to happen at 3 months — it didn’t. Then at 6 months — it didn’t. Before reaching 1 year they made redundant so it’s only a week’s notice on contracts. Absolutely brutal redundancy process — comes without warning. No transparency, no prior performance discussion, no structured feedback before termination. You feel watched and not free to really express your concerns as they are. There is a culture of control rather than collaboration which makes you anxious and on edge all the time.

Some prestigious and well designed schemes, very adherent to regulations and guidelines, especially safety. Excellent services to customers.

Staff management non-existent. Lack of transparency regarding responding to staff requests or concerns, Felt on hold and uncertain of place in teams at longer time periods, inefficiency and mis-communication. Rigid working hours and lack of trust towards staff.
