Management is reluctant to retain talent and incorporate a proper product development process. They deploy junior resources and less no. of resources on a project. Talent pool is there but not retained for long. Two reasons for high employee turnover: 1) Less salary 2) Lack of a proper corporate address. They have office space in a shopping market.
