You get to work with knowledgeable people

Only 2-3 main projects most of the time, others are sidelined, you dont get much recognition for your contributions. Lack of transparency, you only get inputs from Senior MLEs, very less interactions with stakeholders. Not treating people well. They mainly care about if the work is done or not, not what employees think and feel.

really good people and used to be great culture for research/collaborating. people are nice and smart

feels more and more like bank with lots of procedures/communication overhead/stale toolstack etc. Also I heard the WLB is getting worse lately
