If there is a mistake on an order, they hope clients will take a refund. The place is full of people that have had some sort of substance abuse (all kinds). You'll be hired and after working there it all changes. Warehouse manager walks around like a zombie. He has way too much on his plate.
Extremely stressful on daily basis. Management does not taking action unless of a complaint. There is bullying from the gangsta rap section. 1st day being yelled at by co-worker saying "You don't know what you're getting yourself into". WOW!
Evidentially, the immigrant section will choose not to come in whenever. Customer service is like "The Twilight Zone". Stock is like looking for a needle in a large haystack. A lot of responsibility was left on one person and when that one person decides to leave an 8 day notice of resignation the whole company is walking on one leg.
