*Disclaimer* I was not placed at a job through LaunchSource. LaunchSource isn't a recruiter in the traditional sense. They don't farm out workers, they strategically search for qualified candidates and invest in them. LaunchSource only courts high-growth tech companies that blend fair compensation with great company culture. You won't have to worry about getting placed at a site that will exploit you monetarily. This is a hallmark of LaunchSource that provides solace to people from the onset. The process that job seekers undergo is thorough and gives you a very clear picture as what to expect from a prospective employer. Something that is very rare in today's job market. Everything from my preliminary screening up to my first interview day was executed with the highest level of professionalism. I had a number of opportunities through LS that I wouldn't have had otherwise and the whole team there instilled enough time and faith in me to eventually find a job at a great tech company on my own. I have a great deal of respect for the team at LaunchSource and think it's a promising venue for recent grads and job seekers alike.
