      Pros

      People are friendly and there typically isn't much drama between people in the office. Though there are issues sometimes. They are good at developing people for higher positions and like to promote from in-house. Company is now 100% employee owned. Lots of women in the company and they are in high positions.

      Kontras

      Sometimes management doesn't always listen well when there are issues. Pay seems to be around median to a bit on the low side. Employee owned does not mean you get much of a say. Could use more race and cultural diversity.

      Not organized no communication let the whole civil department go out of nowhere. Be prepared to be let go.
