Not many window in the office area, project sales people can be pushy with input, not much contact with the clients.

I loved the people that work there. And it is a very collaborative work environment, which I enjoyed. There is a strong sense of pride in the company and the work. They are very ethical for a company in the construction business.

It can be very intense. By that, I mean you're expected to carry a heavy workload, attend lots of long meetings, and spend time outside of work hours "bonding" with coworkers and participating in events. Also, sorry to say, but don't get too comfortable there. I witnessed a surprising number of layoffs and terminations, for various reasons, and people didn't seem to have much or any warning.
