It's a good start, types of calls vary a lot, so you will definitely get a lot of new terminology learned and practiced on this job. 2 paid 15-minute breaks for full-time employees.
Kontras
No benefits whatsoever, lunch is not paid, medical insurance is superexpensive, no paid time off during at least one year and a half. The pay could be more. Hard to get to the support team when you face technical difficulties.
