Pros
Friendly people and great students. They come wanting to learn a language so it's more enjoyable as a teacher. I'm supposed to write 20 words but I can't think of other pros....
Kontras
Management and admins have no interest in helping you accomplish anything. They will tell you to do something and then yell at you for doing it. There are no specific guidelines to follow. Everything is handled as it comes which makes the teachers look stupid. (How much is something, how many classes are left, when does the next term start, all of this information is a pain to get if you are even lucky enough to be told). They use outdated materials and when concern was expressed I was told to deal with it. I ended up purchasing my own teaching material due to lack of assistance on the schools part. They use Microsoft excel for their scheduling system (on 4 different spreadsheets). Nothing is managed correctly in the front office. Not for lack of trying, but with 4-6 different admin staff all using the same email and giving different responses it gets confusing. And the blatant racism. If you're not European, good luck getting anything taken care of. They don't listen to your concerns unless you are European.
