Great company but not a fair place to work :-( - Marketing bei Landsec: Mitarbeiterbewertung

People have weird titles and are not reflective of responsibility and role. There seems to be no process ; there are people with Exec titles with more responsibilities than Managers and Directors within marketing. This is apparent at all levels within marketing /GX. It makes no sense. It’s unfair, unmotivating and career limiting.
