I was hired in the maintenance department right out of college, worked my way up to managing the maintenance department for 4 years, became a project manager assistant for 3 years, managed my own team as a project manager for 12 years, ran the Valencia Division for 2 years, and now I have been a senior business developer for the past 1.5 years. You have to love to hustle. LIke anything else, you get out of it what you put into it.
