Family member is not hardworking and lacks consense. they lack the guts to bold change such as replacing underperformed long serving staff but be picky at new join supervisor making them accountable for the root problems of the corporation. Totally missing the point. Group CFO lacks the ability to lead the company with vision. Poor HR function with no logic. KPI is not for the punishment of business head failure but to add workload to general staff. lots of staff working for more than 20 years without updated knowledge or common sense anymore. ~50% staff turnover rate is ridiculous
