Following the acquisition Lacework decided to return $0 to former employees who exercised their ISOs.. i.e. the team who built and scaled the company from $1m-$90m in revenue. All while paying the investors, c-suite, and current employees who helped tank the company a nice premium. The C-Suite as it stands today is the worst I've seen in my 25+ year career. Soulless, directionless, tone deaf leaders steering a zombie business in whatever direction the wind blows. SHV brand has been ruined in the process. Lead investor saying "I'd die before this company fails!" on an all hands call, then taking Lacework off of his LinkedIn profile, is all you need to know about the company/culture/product that is Lacework.
