Pros
I think there may have been many pros in the past. The start up culture when there was money was great, but today sadly there is nothing left.

This is possibly the most draining company I have ever worked for. I understand that a start-up can have problems and needs to mature, but there are limits to which the mental health of the employees should be respected and of course the upper management of this company knows how to ignore this. The 6+ months they have been lying and playing games with employees during layoffs proves it. They should give the award for the worst CEO of the year. Communication is minimal, strategy invisible, and of course any competitor is stronger. From an operational and financial point of view. I understand that most customers end up choosing them. I do not recommend this company at all, as it has lost all its culture and more than a living project it looks like a zombie giving its last breaths before falling down.
