No one cares about new comers Managers need to ensure matters are dealt with and everyone is treated equally, new hire or assistant treated equally with out lies and lazy (I got a higher level job bs. Warehouse needs to cater to all machines and when you drop off produces, take what's needed to allow space back to the warehouse(saves time and agrevation on workers who need to get things ready). New hires are seemed to be less then wanted by employees who have their groups and treated like children needing to prove themselves.
