My co-workers were awesome and I couldn't have made it without them.

Favoritism, Lack of training, too many SOP's,no in house human resources,never recognized for doing a great job, and lots of pressure to process patient info as fast as possible with no mistakes which is impossible. Turn over rate is high because you get burned out very fast.
