This is a fairly small company with a lot of growth and change, and there can be opportunities for promotion and to enact changes within brands there. Many positions are remote, and remote employees are well-integrated into the company.

Salaries tend to be low, and a promise made by HR during the hiring process regarding benefits was not kept. Some members of upper management are, frankly, not very good at their jobs or even especially knowledgeable about the industries of the brands they manage, which can lead to terrible decisions being made.
