Will get to know about Life sciences processes. On job training so if a person is a fast learner one can get used to the role easily. Small teams so freshers learn a lot.

There is too much work load. Have to work extra hours. Have to work weekends. No extra compensation for extra work. Changes in company policy without intimation. Management decisions are biased for those who are close to them. People exercise power to juniors while the same rules don't apply to them. All projects are not like this, it's for few specific projects.
