I cannot recommend working for LC. Employees are treated as use and throw away. Toxic environment between "executives" creates a disconnect between management and employees which hangs like a constant shadow over everything and destroys all sense of purpose and work satisfaction. It is a 'tech first' company but in a previous-century kind of way. Seniority before merit. Combine this with a top down leadership at its worst. No personal growth possible. As an employee you are told to take it or leave the company. Oh, and benefits are expensive through an insurance no one's ever heard of.
