If you are on the new graduate programme, you can see the landscape of fashion conglomerate from the first year and get access to the executives easily.

Kontras

Don't accept your position in APAC. The career plan in APAC requires some years of "apprenticeship" in the retail store, which turns out to be hell of exposure to crazy customers and boring routine retail operation. Not much to learn from that retail years. Some months are just enough to understand the store operation.
