Pros

LVMH has so many different brands that run almost on their own but with the common core of LVMH. Once you get each brands identity - the easier it is to work for them. They are not a cookie cutter corp giant.

Kontras

Due to being a global company dealing with office around the world on different time zones it often hard but easy to manage once you get settled.
