Alot to talk about 1. Sick leave .medical document for every sick leave you are taking .i mean if you just want a rest because you are not feeling well. They require u to submit a medical certificate for that as well. So basically company does not want u to utilize your sick leaves rather earned leaves so that they dont have to pay u much for ur earned leaves. 2. 0 help provided on any concerns and HR are only useful when they have someone and something to escalate some issue on. 3. TM and PMs are never going to help corporate wise even if u are there top perfomer as well.
