Pros

- Lots of support from upper management - Plenty of incentives to keep staff motivated - Constantly evolving company looking for ways to improve work/life balance for staff

Kontras

- In my position, there is sometimes a need to fund staff incentives in the office and also to cover the cost of key cutting and other jobs. The process for getting reimbursed can sometimes take time. - Sometimes there is a need to use your personal phone to speak with clients. Whilst I do not keep any customers data on my personal mobile, it can have an adverse effect on work/life balance as customers will call or text out of work hours. A company mobile would be helpful to resolve this.

As you are aware as a current employee, we are actively involved in providing support and benefits to our valued employees to ensure that work life balance is achieved. To that extent, Company mobiles are available from the IT department and we would encourage any employee to raise this with their line manager should they feel they need one.
