They look at safety in terms of money instead of making sure workers have a safe work environment - There is favoritism for employees from previous company where upper management came from and other employees coming from different companies. Not everyone is promoted on a merit basis. - Lead site superintendents lack knowledge to run a site causing the pm team to have to help manage field activities. Very lazy site sups - most people are working on more then one project but compensation does not reflect the work load. Company is struggling to hire the right people for the job - It is expected to be onsite for 12+ hours a day - Very inexperienced team overall with little to no support - You have a lot of people telling you how to do your job
