Pros
There are a lot of perks at this company. Parities, social events, lunch events, ect. are regular occurrences. There are many really cool people here. I liked the organization of the servers and how things generally ran smoothly. There was never overtime or anything unexpected really.
Kontras
I felt like it is really easy to get into a rut here and just coast. There are so many people and the teams are so large, that there just isn't a ton of pressure most of the time. I never felt challenged or pushed at all. This has been the least fulfilling job I've ever had as far as the actual work I was doing. There were a ton of educational opportunities and I made the most of them, but the daily grind was kind of numbing, especially if you get stuck on a big brand that has a lot of equity in its current branding.
