The literature suggests that the company is caring and compassionate and that they want to become an employer of choice through their honesty and integrity, however, when it comes down to it, they will stand by management no matter what and they have decided to let management rule - even if that means they are harassing to other coworkers and subordinates. The accounting department at the Nashville corporate office is corrupt and full of negative people. The culture is spoiled by politics and the environment is toxic to work in. On top of that the work hour expectations are 70-80 hours per week - and that IS NOT for a "limited" time or because of "special" circumstances like they claim.
