The company is poised for success and the employees are dedicated to working together to achieve that success. Everyone is very collaborative and friendly. Management listens to feedback and even asks for employees to be bluntly honest about that feedback. There is a "no bulls***" policy which is refreshing from the way other companies run. Employees are always getting promoted and offered chances for professional development and it's nice to see a company invest in their people this way. Overall, everyone is sharp and hard working, which makes it a great place to be!

They're moving to an open office environment, which is such a trend these days but employees really don't love that. Vacation and sick time are rolled into one lump which I feel like encourages people to come in to the office when sick to save time for vacation.

The LogicNow Data Engineering team based out of Cambridge, MA is a small tight-knit team that is part of a larger/global stable organization. The team is innovation focused and has a lot of autonomy on deciding what to build and how to build it. We are based in the CIC in Kendal and get to take advantage of all the facilities/events and startup energy associated with the CIC. We are one of the largest privately held Software as service companies and have lot of interesting/challenging problems to solve. The CEO is very engaged and continues to invest in the company/employees.

Company is not well known in the Boston region. More PR could be done to promote the company and the work we do. Company is dispersed and made up of different divisions with different business lines. This diversify's risk but with caveat that everyone marches a different beat with different priorities.
