There remains some decent former MVS people, but relatively few now. On the bright side, compensation is higher than the average valuation firm.

IT Platform created in 1994, runs horrifically slow and full of bugs. Absolutely no management style at all and that is across the entire organisation. The CEO is a bumbling idiot, his senior management are all "yes men" and out of all of the senior staff, there are something like two women employed. This company can not take constructive criticism, or advise without shooting the messenger. Since the acquisition of MVS national more than 48 staff have left. 46 of which were from MVS 2 of which from LMW. It is impossible to believe that after acquiring MVS, the only "good" that came from the merger was LMW staff and basically everything MVS was "bad" In the past six months the atmosphere has become toxic, and not one single staff member would stay if given another job opportunity.
