Looking at the reviews they good ones have mostly been left by management who are shocking. And they have been left more or less at the same time which tells you a lot. Tutors are over worked and micro managed like you would not believe. Your wellbeing is irrelevant to them. The stress is very high and constant and unless you are a manager you're not treated well. Changes happens all the time often adding more work. The only support you'll get is from your colleagyes not management. The KPIs are also unattainable. Workloads are unrealistic. They claim to have their own values but they are, in practice, meaningless. Avoid them at all costs. Worst company I have ever worked for.
