Great boss, flexible hours, good pay and opportunities for advancement.

Sometimes not enough work to stay busy but that's just due to the weather.

This copany is a decent company that pays well. They have treated me well over the years to this point. They have a decent benefits plan and a pension if you have been there long enough.

This company used to be a place to have a career but the internal job market is totally stagnate and the opportunities are few and far between. The chance to work your way up the corporate ladder have pretty much disappeared and people now just do anything and everything they can to not get laid off. That is the culture now. It is a real shame.
