Pros
Decently good benefits. Good people. They have fun events for staff 3-4 times a year, and birthday cookies. They pay overtime for engineer in training staff or below. Which, outside of Houston isn't too normal.
Kontras
Horizontal movement is like pulling teeth. A "face-time" culture, where it's more important to be seen then to be productive - not that people aren't productive. Cliquey amongst younger staff. High turnover in some groups.
