Located downtown in the Omni. Would give young people okay experience to get a decent job elsewhere in the industry. Not micro managed, pretty easy job.

Company puts out low quality work, doesnt track success, and relies on the sheer volume of very poorly trained sales staff across the country to bring in low quality but high volume clients to keep business running. Salaries are impressively low for the industry and city. Most people are unhappy and it shows with extreme turnover, even for this industry. Work is boring, monotonous and because of the way things are set up, very low quality. You lose, the client loses. Upper management is painfully clueless to what is happening. They dont know their employees, they dont know how poorly set up things are, they dont know how uncompetitive salaries are, they make it clear they dont value their employees and put the bottom line above everything. On top of that, the way things are set up, they have the sales people and the rest of the agency essentially pitted against each other so there is lots of backstabbing and throwing people under the bus.
