Pros
Stability, company is growing and making profit. Work-life balance is ok depending on the divisions: Sales and marketing more sacrifice requested. Finance, Order management logistics and other back-office functions more stable 9 to 5.30 working shifts
Kontras
Salary below average and not aligned even internally (similar roles with very different salaries). Very Korean, if you know what I mean. Most business decisions are top down and it's not always possible to find a logic in it. It's not difficult to ask "Why A instead of B?" and get an answer like "Because Mr. X said so". Many decisions are not taken locally by the sales subsidiaries but are heavily influenced by the Korean HQ decisions.
